Kotake Takeru is a Level 1 Hunter who earns a miserable 1/100,000th of the normal experience points from slaying the weakest goblins. Refusing to yield to despair, he stubbornly hunts goblins for 10 grueling years. Just as he is finally on the verge of leveling up, an unexpected boss monster appears! After a desperate battle to the death, Takeru maxes out his experience bar, but his level still refuses to increase.
However, in that do-or-die moment, he unlocks a unique Title: Weakest Hero. Its effect is absolutely game-breaking: it permanently activates the effects of every single Title he owns simultaneously! Realizing he does not need levels to become strong, Takeru resolves to collect Infinite Titles and rise to the absolute top as a Level 1 Hunter!
